Taipei City Secured Small Loans Service (TCSSLS) manages the Taipei Shwoo Website that is the largest online auction platform for scrapped public property in the country. Pingtung County Government signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Taipei City Government on December 9, 2024, which follows Nantou County Government signed in August, 2024, that has become the 19th cooperative local government.

The concept of Taipei Shwoo Website makes an effort in resource reuse with environmental protection has gained responses widely with central government agencies, local governments and the public. Pingtung County Government, which has launched the website of “Pingtung County Government Scrapped Property Auction Network” since 2017, joins Taipei Shwoo Website from now on in order to create the greater synergy of auction. The Taipei Shwoo Website provides scrapped public property of 19 local governments for members to bid for items and builds a service-oriented efficient government for citizens, as of the end of November 2024, Taipei City Government had signed Memoranda of Understanding with 18 local governments, 113 central government agencies and 85 offices, councils or organizations, meanwhile, there are 4,526 participating auction agencies of Taipei Shwoo Website, the total number of members has reached more than 143,000, and the cumulative number of items of transaction has reached more than 445,000 with the transaction amount has reached more than 2 billion NT dollars.

TCSSLS continues to scale its cooperative members up and increases the popularity of Taipei Shwoo Website through various marketing strategies in order to maximize synergy to make an effort to cherish the Earth and environmental sustainability.
