Duties of Divisions:

1.Integrated Promotion Division :

Promote government policy and Taipei City’s tourism image.

2.Tourism Development Division :

Plan and develop tourism policies; promote conference exhibition business.

3.Tourism Industry Division :

Assist and manage the development of tourism industry.

4.Tourism Promotion Division :

Plan tour routes; arrange tours for city municipal works; and manage visitor information centers and the Discovery Center of Taipei.

5.Communication and Media Relations Division :

Edit and publish tourist publications; handle the media relations.

6.Communication Affairs Division :

Assist and monitor print media, video tape, film, and cable system industries.

7.Multimedia Information Office :

Photographing and filming city's municipal infrastructure and events; planning, maintaining, and managing IT-related affairs of the agency

8.Administration Office :

Handle research, documentation, filing, official seal, cashier, purchase, legality, etc.

9.Accounting Office :

Handle issues such as annual revenue, accountancy and statistics in accordance with the law.

10.Personnel Office :

Handle personnel management issues.

11.Government Ethics Office:

Investigate charges of corruption.
