Memorial Hall of Taipei Metro, and the Circular Line of New Taipei Metro. You can also find them at Visitor Information Centers, Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, Taipei Public Libraries, and other selected pick-up points. For readers outside of Taipei City, Travel Service Centers of the Tourism Administration, MOTC, also offer some copies.&nbsp;As for past issues, you may come by the DOIT office on the 4th floor of Taipei City Hall to pick them up, or mail in a prepaid return envelope for us to send a copy.
