3 You can still report city issues by using the internet voice call feature located in the services section of the TaipeiPASS app.
4 You may also reach an operator by dialing 1999 or 02 27208889 and pressing 9 after the prompt.
The Taipei City Petition System 1999 will undergo routine maintenance from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2026. During this period, Taipei City Petition System 1999 and the "Talk to Us" text reporting feature on the TaipeiPASS APP will be temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding. While the system is under maintenance, you may still report city issues via these methods: 1. TaipeiPASS VoIP 1999 Service: Open the TaipeiPASS APP, tap "Service" at the bottom, and select "More" in the top right corner. Under the "Services" category, select "1999 Make an Internet voice call" to place your call. 2. 1999 Taipei Citizen Hotline: Dial 1999 (toll-free) or 02-27208889 (from outside Taipei City). Press 9 when prompted to reach an operator.
