Shan Tseng Chi Flower Festival is upcoming on 02.11 Wed. - 03.15 Sun.
Having withstood four hundred years of historical changes, Shan-Tseng-Chi Park uses the great-crested vulture as its logo to symbolize the profound cultural heritage of the area. The hillside landscape is meticulously designed with tiers of grass and flowers to create an image of the great-crested vulture when viewed from an elevated position. More than 16,000 lavenders are in full bloom, accompanied by layers of sage and nasturtium, creating a cascading floral tapestry reminiscent of the Shikisai-no-Oka flower fields in Hokkaido. The Shan-Tseng-Chi Park has become “Taiwan’s version of Furano,” drawing visitors all over the island to enjoy the spectacular view. Please visit Flowers in Taipei website for more information.
