To celebrate Father’s Day and warm-up for Chinese Valentine’s Day, Taipei Symphony Orchestra (TSO) will stage a free outdoor concert in Xinyi District on August 7 and 8. The “Love Revival at the Champs-Elysees” concert will run from 7:30PM through 8:30PM. About 100 musicians from TSO will bring to the public selected works from genres ranging from Latino music to movie soundtracks. Singer Joanna Wang will serve as feature singer for the performances on both days, ready to enchant the audience with her ingenious presentation of Bossa Nova and Blues pieces.
