Discover Taipei: On the Trail of Taipei Creativity
The Department of Information and Tourism (TPEDOIT) released the newest edition of Discover Taipei magazine on May 14. Focusing on the topic of “creativity”, the May/June issue takes the readers on an early summer adventure through a city characterized by creativity and diversity.
The newest issue features a special report on the Taipei Pavilion at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. Readers will find detailed descriptions of the three main exhibition areas inside the pavilion, including the 101 Theater, the Theater of Future, and the Interactive Gallery.
In addition, the publication also introduces a number of exhibitions taking place in town, such as COMPUTEX, the Young Designers’ Exhibition, and the upcoming Taipei International Flora Expo.
Free copies of the publication are available at the following locations: Taipei City’s visitor information centers, Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), Mayor’s Residence Arts Saloon, Red Theatre, Taipei SPOT, and local MRT stations. An online version of the magazine is also available at the website of Taipei City Government.
