To encourage the residents spending leisure time at the riverside parks, the Hydraulic Engineering Office (HEO) will be holding a one-day fair at the Fuhe Riverside Park on June 12. The event will run between 9:30AM and 3:30PM.
The activity schedule is as follows:
-9:30AM Reception/registration (Kungkuan Riverside Square)
-10AM Opening ceremony
-10:18AM Seedling planting event
-10:35AM Fun games/DIY session on ecological knowledge
-11:00AM - 11:55AM Dance performance/workout session
-11:55AM First round of raffling session
-Noon recess
-1PM Fun games
-1:30PM Performance by “Miss Butterfly”
-2PM Second round of raffling session
-2:30PM Family workout
-3:20PM Third round of raffling session
-3:30PM Conclusion
Other sideshows included a guided tour to the Baotzangyen (Treasure Hill), a magic performance and the food fair. According to the HEO, individuals who completed the games could exchange the marked map for a timer and a raffle ticket. The first 500 people finishing the games will be given a seedling as an additional gift.
The organizers prepared a varies of prizes for the raffle, including mountain bikes, Taipei International Flora Explosion ticket packages, books and more! The city agencies invited everyone to come and enjoy a fun tour at the riverside park.
