On March 10, 2025, the Taipei City Government's Department of Finance has announced the public competitive bidding for 13 pieces of city-owned real estate located in Shilin District, Nangang District, Xinyi District, Beitou District, Daan District, and Zhongshan District of Taipei City. The deadline for bid submission is at 11am on March 25,2025 and the bids are scheduled to be opened at 3pm on the same day. The TCG DOF states that these 13 city-owned properties have all been involved in urban renewal plans. The transportation conditions and living amenities are excellent. Among them, two pieces of city-owned real estate are newly added items for auction. The one in Shilin District is located in a quiet alley on Tianmu E. Rd. Small-sized units with a low total price are more affordable and accessible to bidders, especially a great choice for first-time homebuyers and those preparing to start a family. The other one in Nangang District is sits just next to the Houshanpi MRT Station. You can enjoy the convenience of transportation with immediate access to the station, and the high-floor units offer excellent panoramic views.
