For helping the examinee to get a driving license successfully, the Motor Vehicles Office ,Taipei City Government (M.V.O.) implement the driving license test by the principle of justice and openness.

In order to get rid of the maze and achieve a transparent process in driving license test, the executor will explain the rules in detail before driving license test and record the process of test. For the purpose of supervising the process of driving license test, the video recording picture is broadcast simultaneously in the first floor.

The M.V.O. declares that examinee of driving license during the summer vacation（until 10 Sept.）, can use his own motorcycle for practice at the test place（Mon. through Fri. except Wed. afternoon,08:30~09:30AM, 13:30~14:00PM）. In accordance with statistics, if the examinee had a practice before test, the rate of passing on driving license test is above 78%.

To prevent examinee from anxiety of test process, the M.V.O. has posted the telephone number of appeals（27630155 ext.718、719, License Test Sub-division & 27682583, Government Ethics Office）and have responses at the place of road test.

The M.V.O. put emphasis that the road test of driving license will be recorded in the whole course, the examinee should get the driving license with impartial and fair ways. The standpoint of M.V.O. is to guide and help examinee to get the driving license and drive safely.
