Job position redesign for middle-aged and elderly persons

  The “Job position redesign for middle-aged and elderly persons” is designed for helping employees aged 45 and above overcome career obstacles and improve their work efficiency. It includes the measures of facilities improvement, work conditions and environment, a supply of assistive devices and adjustment of work methods.


  For each case, every applicant can be granted a subsidy of no more than NT$100,000. It aims at helping the business unit construct a workplace with more compassion, friendliness and safety to make the most of human resources.
