🎨 Phase 8 of Taipei's Embankment Mural Art is here! 🌟

Seven vibrant new murals are transforming the city's riverbanks, adding color, stories, and soul to Taipei’s urban landscape. Come explore the highlights across three districts:

📍 Shilin District

1️⃣ Section 7, Yanping North Road | Bathed in the glow of sunset, this mural bridges past and present with the romantic image of riders—once on horseback, now on bicycles—traveling through time.

2️⃣ Tonghe West Street × Shezheng Road | A geometric symphony of orange sunrise, blue sky, and flowing river illustrates the power of tides and the vitality of riverine ecology.

3️⃣ Section 1, Tonghe West Street (Fushun Borough) | Frolicking pets at the local park leap off the wall in a heartwarming game of hide-and-seek, offering a dose of pure joy and healing.

📍 100 meters downstream of Chengde Bridge

4️⃣ Ballad of Sankao Ferry | Rediscover the soul of the river with scenes of the old Zhongshan Bridge, red worm harvesting, and dragon boat making—memories brought to life through vivid storytelling.

📍 Nangang District

5️⃣ Section 3, Nangang Road to Songhe Street | A bold vision of Nangang’s integration of city and nature, showcasing the district’s energy in commerce, technology, and ecology. A new urban landmark is born.

📍 Songshan District

6️⃣ Xikou Wetland | With Qixing Mountain, wetlands, and the Keelung River woven into one scene of "sustainable beauty," Daniel Wong’s iconic printed shoes symbolize the footprints of local life.

7️⃣ Behind Raohe Night Market | Journey through Songshan’s kaleidoscope of stories, from its old name Xikou through markets, mines, blue magpies, and the Four Beasts Mountain—an artistic exploration of local heritage.
