The City’s Market Administration Office (MAO) will be collaborating with partner stores at Chingkuang Commercial District and Shuangcheng Street Night Market to launch sales promotion events at the respective locations this Saturday (May 22).
According to MAO, the vendors have prepared 320 servings of free snacks for individuals taking part in the events. The selection of specialties includes stewed chicken with wine and sesame oil, seafood congee, red noodles, chicken rice, and more!
The first visitors who collect three stamps on their stamp card and place them in the raffle box will receive free snacks.
For the raffle, participants will have a chance to bring home any of 50 possible prizes, including round-trip tickets for 2 to Hong Kong, bicycles, DVD players, digital cameras, and 20 sets of pair admission tickets to the 2010 Taipei International Flora Expo. In addition, the organizers will also give away 300 free seedlings to visitors at the scene.
There are also games and activities at the main stage, giving participants a chance to win free discount coupons. The winners of the games will receive Flora Expo admission tickets.
International visitors can also pick up a free NT$50 discount coupon at the service counter simply by showing their passport.
