Organization of TPEDOIT:
The head office of TPEDOIT comprises the following personnel (10 members in total):
•Commissioner
•Deputy Commissioner
•Chief Secretary
•Senior Specialist (2)
•Section Assistant
•Specialist
•Researcher
•Maintenance Worker and Technical Worker

Duties of Divisions (with personnel count):
1.Integrated Promotion Division (24):
Promote government policy and Taipei City’s tourism image.
2.Tourism Development Division (16):
Plan and develop tourism policies; promote conference exhibition business.
3.Tourism Industry Division (26):
Assist and manage the development of tourism industry.
4.City Tourism Service Division (18):
Plan tour routes; arrange tours for city municipal works; and manage visitor information centers and the Discovery Center of Taipei.
5.Media Relations and Publications Division (14):
Edit and publish periodicals and books; handle the media relations.
6.Mass Media Affairs Division (11):
Assist and monitor print media, video tape, film, and cable system industries.
7.Multimedia Information Office (10):
Produce and manage audio-visual materials and handle IT-related affairs of the agency.
8.Administration Office (22):
Handle research, documentation, filing, official seal, cashier, purchase, legality, etc.
9.Accounting Office (5):
Handle issues such as annual revenue, accountancy and statistics in accordance with the law.
10.Personnel Office (5):
Handle personnel management issues.
11.Government Ethics Office (2):
Investigate charges of corruption.
